Dear SEP Families,
Students in Session 3 enjoyed exploring different perspectives and points of views from which stories can be told, and then from which art can be presented and viewed. This group was eager to think outside the box!
Students quite enjoyed our brief study of portraiture, during which we looked at portraits done by da Vinci and Van Gogh to determine the "stories" being told about the subjects in each portrait. Another popular unit of study was the Dadaists, in which students subjected their own creativity to the "muse of chance"!
